產(chǎn)品描述:Fluoromount-G?封片劑是一種水溶性化合物,該熒光封片劑水溶性好,可在實(shí)驗(yàn)最后封片時(shí)使用。由于Fluoromount-G?封片劑是水溶性的,因此可將載玻片浸入PBS溶液中,直到蓋玻片松開,從而移開蓋玻片。使用該熒光封片劑可以減少熒光淬滅,便于更好的分析實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果。

操作流程:

1、準(zhǔn)備好染色后的切片或爬片。

2、去除樣本周圍多余的液體,加入1滴(~50ul)封片劑,覆蓋區(qū)域22x22mm。

3、蓋上蓋玻片,去除多余的封片劑。

4、空氣中晾干5min后檢測(cè)。
